WHAT THE CONTRACTS DO

STALE MEANS ZERO. OracleLib fails closed. Past an asset's heartbeat the price read reverts, Treasury._auditReserves catches it, emits FeedSkipped, and adds nothing for that asset. The tokens stay in the vault; the backing they contribute is $0.00 until the feed ticks again. A deposit or a bond against a skipped asset reverts too.

SO DOES BEING SWITCHED OFF. The audit loop opens with if (!permissions[RESERVETOKEN][token]) continue;. A reserve governance has disabled is never valued at all — its feed can be seconds old and perfectly in band and it still adds nothing. That is the one skip a price gives no hint of, which is why the board states it beside the quote rather than only in the register. The same is true of the L2 sequencer gate: while it reports the sequencer down, or inside the one-hour restart grace period, every read reverts before it reaches any asset's feed.

A LAST PRICE IS NOT A LIVE PRICE. Thirty-five of these securities are tokenized equities whose Chainlink feeds publish only in market hours and then go dark — a Friday-to-Monday gap runs about sixty-five hours against a heartbeat the Treasury caps at forty-eight. They are registered through a LastPriceFeed, which republishes the last answer with a fresh timestamp so the reserve stays priceable over a weekend. That is a deliberate trade: a Sunday deposit is priced at Friday's close, and if the equity gaps down the Treasury books the collateral above its true value. The 20% haircut is what absorbs that; a weekend move larger than the haircut is a real loss. This board therefore prints the age of the Chainlink answer, not the wrapper's — the wrapper's age always reads fresh, because re-stamping it is the wrapper's entire purpose.

A POSTED PRICE IS OURS. Where no third party publishes a feed, the price is posted by this protocol from an operator key. It is bounded — a per-post deviation cap, a daily cap and a minimum interval — and it is still our number, not a market's. Every such row is labelled POSTED BY THIS HOUSE and is never presented as a market price.

CORPORATE ACTIONS. A security flagged for the ERC-8056 gate becomes unpriceable while its issuer's oracle is paused for a split or a distribution. The Treasury treats a paused oracle — or a token that will not answer the question — as unpriceable and skips it, the same as a stale feed.
